Each bed will arrive with everything required, including a custom carry case, studio-quality high-definition headphones, and a dedicated power cable. Simply unfold the bed, connect the headphones, pair with the exclusive Onizion app, and relax.

• A 1-year subscription to the Onizion App, with access to a curated library of music and soundscapes to guide each Onizion session and support the desired mental and physical states at the touch of a button. 
• One pair of professional, studio-grade, over-ear, closed-back headphones for an optimally immersive listening experience.
• A custom carry case to keep the bed stored safely and neatly at home.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process all payments securely via Stripe, and you can pay using a debit or credit card, Onelink, Apple Pay, or Revolut Pay.

Where do you ship to?

We are only accepting pre-orders for UK delivery at present. 

How do I use my Onizion bed when it arrives?

First-time setup is easy and takes less than 5 minutes: Start by taking your bed and headphones out of the shipping box. Then unzip your Onizion bed from its carry case, lie it flat on the floor, and plug it into any domestic UK plug socket. Next, unbox your headphones and plug them into the bed. If you've not done so already, download the Onizion app and follow the setup instructions to pair the app with the bed. Finally, lie down on the bed, put on the headphones and select your exclusive track from the Onizion app. That's it! 

Why won't my bed arrive until November?

The Onizion bed is a brand new invention that is being handmade in the UK, and our quality standards are very high. We are taking extra care in setting up our manufacturing processes and sourcing our materials, so we are allowing extra time to get everything exactly right, even if there are delays outside of our control. In the future, our waiting list may be shorter when our teams are operating at full scale.

How will I know when it's being delivered?

When you order from us, we ask for an email address and phone number. We will use these to share shipping notifications and delivery updates with you. We anticipate that we will send your shipping notification 1 - 2 weeks in advance of your delivery date.

What shipping methods will you use?

We plan to ship via DHL and FedEx, using their tracked and insured large parcel delivery options for your peace of mind.

How will I get access to the app?

We will email you with a download code for the Onizion App and your complimentary 1-year subscription. There will also be download instructions included with your Onizion bed parcel. You'll be able to download the app to your Apple or Android phone, and the app will guide you through first-time setup and pairing with the bed via Bluetooth. 

Is vibroacoustic therapy safe?

Vibroacoustic therapy is a combination of sound and vibration and has been the subject of several studies over decades. This paper on vibroacoustic therapy and its impact on persons with cerebral palsy describes it as "a non-invasive and safe training modality".

However, you should always consult a doctor when considering any new wellness practices, especially if you are pregnant or have any pre-existing health conditions, and as with any headphone use, it is sensible to keep the sound volume at a medium level to protect your hearing.

Can my family and friends use the Onizion bed as well?

Yes, it's your bed, and as long as the Onizion App is connected to the bed via Bluetooth, anyone lying on the bed can enjoy the full Onizion experience.
