What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Revolut Pay, as well as Klarna, through our secure checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We can send an Onizion bed anywhere that our shipping providers can reach from the UK. The price of your Onizion bed includes UK delivery. Non-UK deliveries will incur an additional charge, which is calculated at checkout.
When will my bed be delivered?
UK delivery for first-generation beds is scheduled for December 2026. The beds are currently in production, and we'll keep you updated on your bed's progress.
How will I know when it's being delivered?
We'll contact you directly with tracking information and a delivery window as soon as your bed is dispatched.
What shipping methods will you use?
Your bed will be delivered by a courier service. Given the size and value of the Onizion beds, we use tracked, insured delivery. Full details will be confirmed closer to your delivery date.
How will I get access to the app?
A lifetime standard subscription to the Onizion app and soundtrack library is included with every bed. Instructions for downloading and activating your subscription can be found in the box with your bed and headphones.
Can my family and friends use the bed too?
Yes, anyone in your household can use the Onizion bed. We'd recommend each person explores the app library to find the tracks and session lengths that work best for them.
Is vibroacoustic therapy safe?
Vibroacoustic therapy has been studied safely across a wide range of people. As with any wellness product, please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, have a history of seizures, or have any other health concerns. Full details are on our FAQs page.
