Reece founded Onizion to solve a problem he knew personally. As a neurodivergent person, he had spent years searching for a reliable way to find calm in a world of constant over-stimulation, something that worked with his nervous system rather than around it.
During his Master's degree in Commercial Songwriting and Music Production, Reece began to explore the body of scientific research on vibroacoustic therapy that had been building since the 1970s. The evidence was compelling: calibrated sound and low-frequency vibration delivered through the body had measurable, reproducible effects on the nervous system. But accessing it required clinical settings, specialist equipment, or expensive treatment centres. It was not something most people could ever use in their everyday lives.
He set out to change that. Reece designed the Onizion system from the ground up (the bed, the proprietary electronics, the app and the sound library) with a single aim: to make the therapeutic power of vibroacoustics available to anyone, at home, in ten minutes.
